If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products for an exchange or refund†, at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, within 30 days‡ of purchase.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY IFG PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Several types of item/s are exempt from being returned. We do not accept the following:
If a product (other than a gun) is defective, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include full name, phone, email contact information, order number, item/s to be returned for “defective” inspection, and proof of purchase.
- Firearms (both cartridge or muzzle-loading)
- Used, damaged, or otherwise not “New in the box”.
- Special order/custom items.

Guns refused by the FFL dealer, or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check, will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
To complete your return, we require full name, phone, email contact information, order number, item/s to be returned for “defective” inspection, and proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Due to legal/regulatory reasons and safety considerations: Ammunition, Guns, and Apparel may not be returned.
Once your return item/s is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Any item/s not in original condition, damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item/s returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or were shipped incorrectly due to our error. To report damage in transit or to exchange for the same item/s, contact us at email@example.com.
You are responsible for shipping costs to returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on delivery address, the time in transit for returned/exchanged item/s may vary.
You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee returns shipping. You are responsible to adequately package item/s to be returned to avoid damage in transit to us. Damages incurred in transit may result in a partial refund or rejection of the refund upon inspection.
For item/s returned without proof of purchase (in the case of a gift), we will exchange the item/s for an identical or comparable item/s (subject to availability and price), on a case by case basis.
